Healthcare Workers for Dr. Steele

The Dingell-Pelosi health care bill weighs heavily on the hearts of many health care workers.  Healthcare workers are not traditionally involved in politics.  To be honest, most of us are too busy, and we just want to care for our patients.  We have worked within the existing federal programs of Medicare, Medicaid and VA.  We've seen the bureaucracy, waste and archaic systems inherent in these federal programs and are shocked that the federal governmentis getting another swing at the plate.  

The Dingell-Pelosi health care plan passed against the will of the people, and the administration used our white coats to convince the public.  We watched as health care professionals and physicians' organizations were paraded in front of the American people to give the illusion we supported this plan.  This betrayed the trust Americans have in our professions.  

Dr. Steele’s historic win against John Dingell sends a strong message to repeal this dangerous bill.  Dr. Steele has pledged to defund and repeal the bill, and will work tirelessly to this end on our behalf. Join a group of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants and dentists to spread this message to our colleagues.
